Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting us all right now. The biggest impacts right now seem to be the way we conduct business and ordering patterns. Ottsen Oil is prepared to support you in your efforts to maintain productivity and efficiency in your critical day to day operations.

We are closely monitoring developments related to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact that has on product availability and the industries we serve. While this is a rapidly-evolving situation, our priority remains as your partner in helping navigate the road ahead and ensure you don’t have breakdowns in crucial supply chains.

Product Availability & Lead Times

Ottsen Oil is not experiencing any disruption in supply chain, product availability, or lead times. We are constantly monitoring operations and purchasing while maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure this continues.  In order to ensure timely delivery of products, we have contingency plans in place with associate marketers to ensure the continued supply of lubricants.

We are committed to communicating openly to keep your operations running as smoothly as possible.

How Ottsen is Protecting its Employees and Customers

Our office is following the CDC, WHO, and local health department mandates as closely as possible. This includes,
but is not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining social distancing in our offices
• Consistently sanitizing surfaces and maintaining hand washing best practices
• Signs are also posted in our offices about hand washing, best practices, signs and symptoms of the virus,
  and what to do if you feel ill
• If our employees are ill, they’re staying home and following procedure
• Signs at our doors provide a number to call if you’d prefer to have a delivery or have us bring product to your vehicle to avoid contact
• Our drivers are being equipped with sanitizer, using gloves, and maintaining social distance
• If you need a copy of our Communicable Disease policy, respond to this email and a copy can be provided
• We are complying with restrictions at delivery sites
  • Please let us know if your facility has any special instructions

With current technology, our Ottsen Experts are available to you via phone and email. We have identified that a crucial piece in these times will be communication. We are dedicated to serving you and ensuring our customers can reach us. We have multiple web platforms (GoToMeeting, Skype, etc.) to still be able to hold meetings or even provide training, when needed. We are here for you.
